Who we are?
You can check out our story page for more details but we're pretty much just two sisters who enjoy working on t-shirt and custom printing.
What is DTG (direct to garment) Printing?
Pretty much as the name implies, direct to garment uses ink to print directly onto the fabric or item of your choice. It goes straight into the fibers of the fabric, meaning you don’t feel the design or ink when you touch it.
What is Heat Press Printing?
Heat transfer printing, which is also known as digital transfer, designs are printed onto transfer paper and then the ink is thermally transferred from the paper to your fabric using heat and pressure.
What is Vinyl Printing?
Everyone knows vinyl is great for banner and sign printing but it can also look amazing on shirts! Vinyl printing is also all about the heat transfer. We use a machine to machine to cut out letters and designs from vinyl and then heat-press them onto the t-shirt to transfer the color to it. Now we’re not going to lie, vinyl printing is very much time consuming but the outcomes are just too good to pass up on a few of our designs.
How long does shipping take?
Due to COVID-19 we have noticed a delay with most shipping companies. Currently depending on the carrier it can take between 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive.
I placed my order. Why haven’t I received a tracking number yet?
All orders are made in house by us. A tracking number will be sent out within 3-5 days so that we can complete your order with care. Once your order is complete a tracking number will be sent out to you. If you do not receive a tracking number after 5 days please email [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?
Don’t worry! As long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we will update your details for you.
I don’t like my item, can I return it?
We do not offer free returns or exchanges at this time. Returns/exchanges are accepted as long as they do not exceed 14 days of the buyer receiving the item. However, all returns/exchanges made should be in perfect condition and the return postage be paid by the returner. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
I received a damaged item? Can I return a damaged item?
There is no need to return a damaged item. If you have received a damaged item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a picture of the damaged item. We will then get you a replacement item sent out.
Just a heads up! We are not responsible for any damages caused by wear and tear, water or if the item does not fit due to sizing reasons
Do you have a size chart?
We are working on getting a size chart added! All of our shirts are unisex at the moment and are considered standard.
The design on the shirt I received looks smaller or larger than it appears on the website?
Our designs are printed and designed on medium t-shirts. Due to our original graphic size, the design size does not change with shirt sizes. So it may appear slightly smaller or larger depending on the size of shirt that you ordered.
When will your customization be available?
Our goal is to implement custom printing by November 1st so it can be ready for all your holiday needs :)
